A dozen platforms your agent can connect to and actively use — Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Drive, Eventbrite, Shopify, Canvas LMS, Outlook, Calendly, Stripe, Canva, Luma, and Meetup.
Integrations
Integrations are external platforms your agent connects to. Once connected, the agent can take actions on that platform within its conversations — posting to Instagram, managing a Shopify store, creating Google Docs, and more.
Channels (email, text, Slack, in-app) are separate from integrations. They're built in and need no connection.

How to connect: Open the agent's Integrations tab → click the platform → authorize (OAuth, or a scoped API key for providers like Canvas LMS and Luma). Once connected, the platform's tools are available to that agent automatically.
