Done-with-you
We partner with your team to plan and launch your agents. You stay hands-on — we provide the strategy, configuration expertise, and acceleration.

- Guided configuration — we sit with your team during setup, knowledge base loading, and integration connection

Best for: teams with in-house operations or technical capacity who want to build the muscle of working with AI agents.
Done-for-you
We build and launch your agents end-to-end. You provide context and sign off — we handle everything else.
What's included:
- Full discovery and workflow mapping
- Agent configuration, prompt design, and knowledge base construction
- Integration setup and custom tooling (if you need more than the standard library)
- Testing and QA against your real-world scenarios
- Deployment, monitoring, and tuning during initial rollout

Best for: teams who don't have the bandwidth (or interest) to build agents themselves but know they need the outcome.
What happens on the first call
Discovery (30 minutes)
We dig into the workflow you want to automate or augment. What does it look like today? What's working? What's broken? Where does your team spend the most time?
Solution scoping
Based on the discovery, we sketch what an agent (or a team of agents) would look like for your situation. We walk through the relevant solutions from our library — Inbox Agent, Social Media Agent, Outreach Agent, and so on — and identify the best fit.
Proposal and next steps
If done-with-you or done-for-you makes sense, we scope the engagement, timeline, and investment. No pressure — plenty of teams leave the call with a plan to start self-serve, and we're happy to answer questions either way.
